Blackpool reaction | Brian Barry-Murphy | Cardiff

Brian Barry-Murphy spoke to the press following City’s 0-0 draw with Blackpool at Cardiff City Stadium.

“It is a very disappointing result.” Brian began. “We were so determined to win and wanted to, but today we weren’t able to.

Graham Potter has been sacked by the East London club after a run of poor results. The Hammers find themselves in 18th place having conceded 13 goals in just five games.

Potter, who replaced Julen Lopetegui in January on a two-and-a-half-year deal, has struggled since joining. In the 25 games played under his tenure, West Ham managed to win only six. Potter leaves West Ham with a 24% win rate, the worst of any manager in the club’s history.

West Ham finished 14th last season, which in effect w...

West Ham have announced that the man known for breaking records, iconic celebrations and much more has left the club following the expiration of his contract.
